Service Interruption Disclaimer

• Scheduled maintenance windows (notified 24 hours in advance)

• Third-party content provider outages beyond our control
• DDoS attacks or other security incidents
• Your local internet service provider's connectivity issues

In the event of an extended outage (exceeding 48 hours) directly attributable to our infrastructure, we will extend your subscription by the equivalent downtime period. No monetary refunds will be issued for temporary service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content available through the IPTV USA HUB platform, including but not limited to live channels, on-demand movies, TV shows, sports broadcasts, logos, software, and user interfaces, is protected by US and international copyright law.

• All channel names, logos, and broadcast content are the property of their respective owners
• IPTV USA HUB claims no ownership over third-party broadcast content
• The IPTV USA HUB brand, logo, website design, and proprietary technology are our exclusive intellectual property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content accessed through our service
• Screen recording, capturing, or redistribution of streamed content is strictly prohibited and may violate federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 106)

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are explicitly prohibited when using our IPTV service:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to third parties without authorization

Termination of Service

Termination by You

You may cancel your IPTV subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Termination by Us

IPTV USA HUB reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account with or without notice in the following circumstances:
